Foods, yum: - Breakfast - 1 banana, green tea - Snack 01 - strawberries BINGEEE! - cinnamon raisen buttered bagel, a few sweet potato chips, 1 cookie. - Lunch - pizza, pretzel w/ honey mustard, cheeseburger. (BAD) - Snack 02 - None. - Post workout: - banana - Dinner: - fruit, yogurt, nothing red meat.
OVERALL? - everything was good, other than what I have eaten today. My diet is something I need to work on. Starting tomorrow, I will do a 3 day detox of my system. All fruit and veggies. Only drinks = skim milk and h2o.
doing these, alternating legs x20, 3 sets = burning spasms in the abs!
